 Membership fee payment:

Membership fee can be made by cheque (payable to “Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre & Chinese Cuisine Training Institute Alumni Association”).
or
Deposit cash into the Association’s bank account (Hang Seng Bank a/c 286-377759-668).
　
　 Step 3 ︰ Return the cheque or receipt to us by mail, by fax or in person. Please remember to write down your name & contact no. on the back of the cheque or receipt.
　 　 　 　

Application Method (B) - Submit the application form

　 Step 1 ︰ Fill in the application form (the form can be downloaded in "Form DL", or obtained in person from our office).
　
　 Step 2 ︰ Membership fee payment:

Membership fee can be made by cheque (made payable to “Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre & Chinese Cuisine Training Institute Alumni Association”).
